Men are plain horny creatures. So, it is hardly surprising that the ex-CIA chief fell to the oldest trick in the book. Women.

Come to think of it. It is logical. With great powers, comes great desires. This figures with great powers have been known for ages to keep mistresses. But as far as we can remember, these matters have been handled in full discretion. It is more on the need to know basis. It is the common talk of the town, but no one really discuss it openly. It is like a social taboo where everybody knows that the alpha male is screwing more than one chick but it just doesn't make sense to discuss it openly and let it out due to the degree of impact that it may have to everone else in the pact.

In this case, the lid went open due to the simple case of jealousy. Jealousy blinds the most intelligent people. It makes you impulsive more than ever especially when experienced by a woman.
